Ron Newton is a mastersmith with the American Bladesmith Society and has been making knives since the early 1980's. Ron is known for making one of the widest varieties of folders and fixed blade knives around and can make most any knife in any style with unique mechanisms, offering his own handforged damascus steels,engraving and gold inlays. His knives have been featured in knife publications worldwide and have won numerous best of show and categorized knife awards. Ron shares his talents by teaching at colleges, universities and hammerins across the nation.
